Frances – Director
Frances brings an extensive experience of strategic and practical fund raising and development management to client organisations. For nearly twenty years in United States and in Britain, Frances has worked with some of the leading non-for-profit organisation developing and delivering capital and revenue campaigns. She has extensive contacts in performing arts, education, natural sciences, politics and philanthropy. Frances has advised national and international organisation's management and board on successful long term relationship fundraising. She has experience in individual and corporate tax efficient giving.

In addition, Frances is Chairman of KIDS, national charity delivering services to disabled young people. Frances has a degree in political science and art history and is a Fellow of the RSA and member of number international fundraising associations.

Sophie – Associate
Sophie gained her research experience whilst working in the independent school sector, the Arts, the ‘Green’ sector, and in academia. Sophie completed a Masters in 2005 at SOAS in Migration and Diaspora, and as a result has an in-depth anthropological understanding of the Indian sub-continent. She is passionate about ecological sustainability and conservation, and is fully immersed in the current debates on climate change and future resource use.

At Scott Prenn, Sophie performs feasibility studies for prospective clients, as well as advising and assisting clients with identifying prospects and composing persuasive proposals and presentations. She also gives guidance on longer-term client/partner relationship management.

Sophie also advises on event management and strategy, and sits on various charity event committees.

Judith – Associate
Judith is a specialist in strategic planning, philanthropy, communication, and public affairs for corporations, international institutions and individuals. Her areas of substantive expertise include international philanthropy, international development, agriculture policy and civil society. She has lived and worked in Europe for most of the past 25 years. Amongst her work experience are positions as: Senior Advisor, United Nations World Food Programme, Executive Director of the Future Harvest Foundation, President of the Foundation for the Development of Polish Agriculture, Director, Europe - Ruder Finn, and as a consultant to Airbus, EDF, AXA, the OECD, The German Marshall Fund of the United States, and the Polish Council of Ministers.

She is a history and international affairs graduate of Stanford University has served on several boards of directors, including the Wildlife Conservation Society in New York, the Joint Commission for Humanitarian Assistance and Caresbac in Poland and was a professor at the Institut d’Etude Politique de Paris, lecturing on Citizen Participation and Political Decision-Making. She is a lecturer at the University of Bologna in the Master Studies in International Philanthropy programme.
