Simon Cattell – Managing Director
Simon gained 15 years experience in marketing and business management within the corporate sector, working with American Express and Sitel Inc. before branching out as a senior project director developing marketing and communication plans and latterly e-strategies for businesses.  He has over six years experience of working at the cutting edge of the emerging online marketing industry, developing and managing digital marketing and communications projects across all industry sectors.  He is a regular contributor to industry seminars on web usability and behaviours as well as how to develop effective e-strategies, from product launches to membership acquisition programmes.  

Minnie Peel – Operations Manager 
With a background in PR and project management, Minnie joined Seamless Fusion as operations manager with responsibility for the daily running and management  of projects . Her primary roles include liaison with the development team of technicians, designers and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.  Her skills include operation of online marketing systems, measurement and reporting, market research and competitor analysis and web visibility programmes; such as PPC and SEO. 

Vlado Varbarnov – Senior developer
With over 15 years experience in software and web development Vlado heads up the technical team. He ensures that all the work Seamless Fusion undertakes combines the latest technologies and coding practices to produce unique design concepts and fully accessible web content, with SEO and W3C compliance at the forefront of the working process.

Margarita Krumova – designer
Margarita’s background is as a graphic designer, and she is often the one who begins the creative process for Seamless Fusion projects, whether on or off-line.

Rob Hartley – Sales & Marketing director
With 20 years experience in pure marketing and an MBA, Rob is responsible for the company’s sales and marketing activity. As well as his sales role Rob undertakes the management of all off line marketing activity when integrated campaigns are required and also takes charge of all copywriting requirements for our clients.
